In overall excellent condition! Set has been verified to be complete, including accessories, stickers and instructions. The small Batman Logo sticker has slight peeling and there is minor wear on the black lego piece itself that has the stickers. Batman and Killer Croc minifigures are in excellent pristine condition with absolutely zero cracks, wear, and loose joints! Instructions are in fair condition, all pages are present, however, there is tearing along the binder as pictured. Awesome rare set from 2006! Positive Rated Lego Seller and Collector :)
